RRCA dues are voluntary. The goal is to make their purpose visible, payment simple, and annual reporting easy to understand.

What dues pay for
Practical stewardship, not overhead
- Two entrance areas, landscaping, irrigation, water, and electricity
- Annual backflow certification and seasonal irrigation shutdown
- Liability insurance protecting the association’s basic operations
- Signs, resident communications, and low-cost neighborhood activities
- A reasonable reserve for repairs and unavoidable future costs
Selected payment plan
RRCA will use Stripe
Online dues are available to an approved resident or a verified, board-invited property owner. Either may satisfy the same one-time $75 household balance; optional automatic renewal remains controlled by the person who enrolls.
Private testing only: The current portal uses Stripe’s sandbox, so no real payment can move. Stripe handles payment details; RRCA retains only the status and reference needed for dues reconciliation.
